PPC, Inc. classes are open only to individuals currently employed as public safety officers/ instructors (Law-enforcement, Corrections, Security) for the purpose of training their own in-house staff. Organization information must be provided at the time of registration. PPC, Inc. reserves the right to request additional information to verify your employment. PPC, Inc. courses may NOT be offered in exchange for fees/tuition (For-Profit).
All students must be pre-registered. Walk-In students who are not registered for the class will be turned away.
Cancellation Policy : To be eligible for a refund of the class fees, all cancellations must be received at least one week (5 business days) prior to the start of class. Participants who fail to cancel prior to the one week timeframe are responsible for 100% of the class fee. Participants who fail to cancel within the one week time frame and have not yet paid their training invoice will still be responsible for payment. Credit card refunds are subject to a $35 service fee. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing.
Cancellations will be accepted via telephone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Substitutions of personnel are acceptable in lieu of cancellations with no penalty.
Upon request PPC, Inc. will apply payments already received to a future class within 6 months of the original class date. Failure to attend the rescheduled class will result in no refund.
PPC, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment or due to exigencies. When PPC, Inc. cancels a class participants are entitled to a full refund without penalty.
